CrowdSurfer Terms of Use

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Welcome to CrowdSurfer โ€” your live music passport. These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and CrowdSurfer LLC when you create an account or use the CrowdSurfer app. They exist for one reason: to keep this a fun, safe place for people who love live music. Read them; they're short and we kept the legalese to a minimum.

The short version

1.Who can join the crowd

You must be at least 13 years old to use CrowdSurfer, and old enough to legally agree to these terms where you live. By creating an account, you're telling us that's true.

2.Your content

The concert logs, photos, ticket stubs, reviews, and comments you share are yours. By posting them, you give CrowdSurfer LLC a license to store and display that content inside the app so your friends and followers can see it โ€” that's it. We don't sell your content, and if you delete it (or your account), it comes down.

Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post other people's photos as your own, and be thoughtful about photos where other people are identifiable.

3.Zero tolerance for objectionable content

CrowdSurfer has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. That includes, without limitation:

To enforce this, uploaded images are automatically screened, every post can be reported by any user, and reports are reviewed with action taken within 24 hours โ€” including removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it. Serious or repeated violations mean permanent account termination. The stage door doesn't reopen.

4.Reporting and blocking

See something that doesn't belong here? Tap the โ‹ฏ menu on any post to report it, or block the user so they disappear from your feed entirely. You can manage blocked users anytime in Settings โ†’ Community. You can also reach us directly at admin.crowdsurfer@gmail.com.

5.Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself โ€” you're responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account (and everything in it) anytime from Settings in the app.

6.The service itself

CrowdSurfer is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly (this app is a labor of love), but we can't guarantee it will always be available, bug-free, or that data will never be lost โ€” so screenshot that badge you're proud of. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrowdSurfer LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Concert listings, setlists, and artist data come from third-party sources (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Setlist.fm, Spotify, Apple Music) and belong to their respective owners.

7.Changes to these terms

As CrowdSurfer grows, these terms may change. When they do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Keeping your account after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
